All of these April showers are bringing May flowers, right?  Here are six things to do in Cape Girardeau on a rainy day!

Check out a local museum, like Crisp Museum or the newly refreshed Cape River Heritage Museum. Discovery Playhouse is a hands-on kids museum with a brand new 2nd floor packed with new exhibits and fun.

See what’s happening outside INSIDE at the Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center, with indoor wildlife viewing areas and a (safely contained) indoor beehive.

Get artsy at an art gallery in Cape Girardeau; exhibits change frequently so there’s always a new piece to discover.

Peek into the past at a historic attraction like Old St. Vincent’s Church, the Glenn House or the Red House Interpretive Center.

Your little ones can burn off some energy with indoor inflatable fun at LeBounce or Safari Playland.

Take a turn through local shops during an April shower, especially the ones on Main Street while the sidewalk project is under construction!
