Build a Better Wild World with Emmy-award winning Wildheart at a free concert at the Nature Center on Friday, May 5 at 7 p.m.

Timeless Irish traditional and contemporary music come to life at Celtic Women’s new Voices of Angels show at the Show Me Center on May 5th.

Watch kids race down Sprigg Street to the finish in coaster kit cars as they compete for a spot in the All-American Soap Box Derby race on Saturday, May 6th.

The Cape Riverfront Market opens for their 2017 season on Saturday, May 6th from 8 a.m.-noon.

Vendors from all over the heartland display their wares on Sunday, May 7th at the Downtown Tailgate Flea Market from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Southeast Missouri State’s University’s Spring commencement is coming up this month on May 13th! Make sure your family has made their lodging reservations as hotels and campgrounds are filling up.
