Whether it’s one of your favorite works of art or you’ve never experienced it, Southeast’s Department of Music is making opera available and enjoyable to the masses.
The Department of Music produces two staged productions each year and collaborates frequently with the Conservatory of Theatre and Dance. This year’s Southeast Opera offering is the classic fairy tale Cinderella. And, while the fact that it’s opera makes it different, we can promise the pumpkin, fairy godmother, mice, stepsisters and the prince all remain.
You can get your tickets now for the Friday, January 19 production or the matinee on Sunday, January 21. You’ll also have a chance for a meet and greet with the characters after the matinee.
