Saturday morning the Cape Riverfront Market opens from 8:00 a.m. until noon, located at 35 S. Spanish in downtown Cape Girardeau and the Cape Farmers Market is open on Thursdays from noon until 5:00 p.m. located at 3049 William Street in the back parking lot of West Park Mall. It’s a great time to shop for some fresh fruits, produce, breads and the list goes on! All the ingredients you need for those summer salads are sure to be found there.
