Today on KRCU’s Going Public we’re taking a look at diversity efforts at Southeast Missouri State University with Sonia Rucker, the coordinator of institutional Equity and Diversity at Southeast. We’ll talk about the progress the university has made to improve diversity efforts on campus. The role of the diversity task force and its final recommendations. We'll also discuss the rise in student enrollment on campus. And how Southeast is bridging the gap of conversation on diversity between the community and the university.
