A Preview of the Clark Terry Jazz Festival

Do you know Clark Terry? He was an American trumpeter, a composer, an educator and an NEA Jazz Masters inductee.

And, why are we talking about Clark Terry? Because we’re just weeks away from the Clark Terry/Phi Mu Alpha Jazz Fest at the River Campus and this is your opportunity to see the next generation of jazz musicians take on the classics.

Now in its 20th year, students from across the region will descend on the River Campus, play for jazz experts in a live clinic session and culminate in the annual gala concert that evening.

STOMP is making a return appearance to the River Campus! The international percussion sensation has garnered plenty of awards and rave reviews and now is your chance to see what all the fuss is about.

STOMP will be at the River Campus on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

A Preview of the 2018 Summer Arts Festival

The River Campus Summer Arts Festival is a must each June for an entire day of family-friendly, free entertainment. All things arts take over the grounds at the River Campus with music, hands-on activities, dance and acting. In addition to the day long event, the Holland School of Visual & Performing Arts presents three performances for limited Engagements in June. Director Rhonda Weller-Stilson has the details.
