Garrett Langley is pursuing a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Interior Design. Nathan and Garrett are performing in SEMO's River Campus production of The Wizard of Oz.

To support and promote creativity, Cedric ‘The Entertainer’ Kyles returned to Southeast Missouri State University on March 23 for an evening of comedy to benefit scholarships. With a comedy career spanning 30 years and many memorable roles, Cedric Kyles has come a long way since graduating from SEMO in 1987.

From a culinary perspective, every season is joyous, but for me it’s always spring, at least in my kitchen. That’s because my favorite item of kitchenware is the springform pan. The function of the pan is to make it possible to take out of the pan a cake which is too fragile to trust to the conventional method of turning it upside down and keeping your fingers crossed that it comes out in one piece.

It seems like Almost Yesterday that the Cape Girardeau Writers' Guild was organized. The date was October 30, 1943, and the meeting was called by Dr. Earl A. Collins, a long-time professor of history at Southeast Missouri State College.
