Focus on Southeast (September 2016)

Focus on Southeast is a monthly program on issues and events impacting the campus of Southeast Missouri State University. It is a collaboration of KRCU Public Radio and the Department of Mass Media at Southeast Missouri State University.

SEGMENT 1
In this segment, Dr. Vargas discusses the Rust Center for Media, the start of the fall semester, the issues at Dearmont Residence Hall and the future of Cheney Hall.

SEGMENT 2
In this segment, Dr. Vargas discusses the plans for the 10th anniversary of the River Campus, his summer trip to Costa Rica to visit alumni and the university speaker series.

SEGMENT 3
In this segment Dr. Vargas answers questions from students, faculty and staff.
